Mandatory and Requirements – Senior Engineering Graduate

M1. The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience, obtained in the last seven (7) years providing Aerospace Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) support services to a significant Aerospace company.
M2. The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience, obtained in the last seven (7) years providing services in the following areas:
- Project Management activities.
- Performance Measurement activities.
- Technical Problem Resolution and Risk Management.
M3. The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience, obtained in the last seven (7) years in the practical application of Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RMA) theory towards the in-service measurement of the RMA performance of an aerospace platform having multiple integrated sub-systems and electronic sensors such as aircraft and aircraft subsystems and components.
M4. The proposed candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience obtained in the last (7) seven years in the development and implementation of Performance Based Accountability (PBA) and Management concepts and strategies for an aerospace platform having multiple integrated sub-systems and electronic sensors such as aircraft and aircraft subsystems and components.
M5. The candidate must have three (3) years combined demonstrated experience within the last seven (7) years working with military requirement specifications, Statements of Work (SOW) and technical evaluation plans.
M6. The candidate must have a minimum of one (1) year demonstrated experience, obtained in the last 10 years working with the following standards:
- SAE JA-1000, SAE JA-1010 and associated implementation guides.
- SAE JA-1011 and SAE JA-1012
- ATA MSG-3B and the DND related standards MIL-STD-1843
M7. The candidate must demostrate that the candidate possesses a recognized diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
