Senior Knowledge Management Consultant

The resource must have a minimum of 36 months of combined demonstrated experience, within the past 120 months, in providing coaching on knowledge management within:

•             a Microsoft SharePoint* environment.

and/or

•             a Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint* environment.

*Microsoft SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, and Microsoft 365 SharePoint/SharePoint Online platforms are acceptable.

•             36 months of demonstrated experience, within the past 120 months, in the development of policies and standards with the use of Faceted Information Classification System (FICS) and Army Consolidated Information Management Systems (ACIMS) within a Microsoft SharePoint* environment.

•             36 months of combined demonstrated experience, within the past 120 months, in developing and implementing strategies for each of the following:

•             Knowledge Management

•             Document Management

•             Records Management (e.g. Workflows)

Strategies can include building solutions in tools such as workflows that follow knowledge management procedures.

•             36 months of combined demonstrated experience, within the past 120 months, designing creative knowledge spaces*, that follow established organizational/corporate knowledge management policies and standards, within:

•             a Microsoft SharePoint** environment.

and/or

•             a Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint** environment.

*Examples of creative knowledge spaces include workspaces and sites.
